Rain, Rain, Go Away?

Whenever you schedule a photo shoot one of the first things you tend to worry about is the weather.  Sometimes, though, the date on the calendar is the only one that will work so no matter what the weather is you just go for it.  That was the case with this shoot.  With part of this family coming from out of town we just had to make it work, downpour or not.  (I do mean a literal DOWNPOUR!) This family was up for the challenge of having fun in a not so ideal situation and I think we got some good shots in the process.  Hurray!!

Just Horsin' Around

Another fabulous evening for family photos. Anytime you add animals to the situation, it livens things up, too. However, these horses weren't necessarily wanted in the photos but they came with the landscape so we worked with and around them.

They wanted some showing their team spirit. We took these back when the Huskies season was looking a little more promising, however. Thanks for a great night, Mitch, Karen and gang. We had a great time and I think Grandpa and Grandma enjoyed sitting back and watching, too!

It was a lovely day

This was such a great day, the weather was perfect, the setting was beautiful and the bride and groom couldn't have been happier surrounded by their family and friends. Thank you, Duane and Kay, for allowing us to capture your special day. Thanks, too, to Wendi for her great work seconds shooting!
